Baked Salmon Parcel
Buttered new potatoes, parsnip purée, apple and beetroot salad, and lemon and dill butter sauce.
Turkey, beef, ham and nut roast come with braised red cabbage, buttered Brussels sprouts, honey-glazed parsnips and carrots.
Meals are individually plated. Cauliflower cheese is served as a sharing dish and is included in the price.

Buffets and bespoke packages are priced by quote, so please get in touch rather than booking the set menu.
Allergies
If anyone in your party has a food allergy, intolerance or other dietary requirement, please tell us when you book and include it in your pre-order. We review every request and will let you know what our kitchen can provide. Please speak to us before ordering: we cannot promise that any dish is free from a particular allergen.
Our Sunday roast, served with mash, peas and Yorkshire pudding, is a separate menu and is not part of the Christmas package.
